Jordin Sparks - Battlefield [iTunes Rip]
"Battlefield" is the lead single from Grammy-nominated American Pop artist Jordin Sparks' as of yet untitled second studio album, which is due July 14, 2009. She is set to officially unveil the single live on American Idol on May 13, 2009. The mid-tempo R&B track was written and produced by Grammy nominated producer/songwriter and One Republic frontman Ryan Tedder, whose long list of accolades includes hits for fellow American Idol Kelly Clarkson, Beyoncé, Leona Lewis, Timbaland, Jennifer Hudson and Rihanna. Wayne Wilkins, Louis Biancaniello and Sam Watters also co-wrote the song. The song was released to the US iTunes Store on May 12th.
